MTC – Entering a New Market

Challenge presented: MTC required support to review and improve its responses to an ITT for a major prison management contract with the Ministry of Justice. An editorial team from Aran Advisors developed the mobilisation response from content provided by subject matter experts. The finished section responded fully to the MoJ’s complex requirements, which aligned with MTC’s detailed mobilisation programme. The team also checked each response and its graphics for clarity, accuracy and consistency.

Our approach: To inform the drafting and editing of the responses, the Aran Advisors team worked closely with MTC's subject matter experts to extract essential information about the service solution.

Outcomes: The result was a well-structured bid document that clearly showed evaluators the benefits of MTC's transformational and innovative approach to prison management.
