Yvonne specialises in developing policy-informed business strategies, value propositions, and partnerships. As a Senior Civil Servant with the Ministry of Justice, she managed a large budget and staff, and was involved in commissioning infrastructure and services. She was responsible for two major technology initiatives. She has also worked as a business development director and managing director with BT Plc; senior director with FTSE companies; and most recently as the Chief Executive of The Clink Charity, which provides prisoners with an opportunity to gain new skills and qualifications in catering and horticulture.

Richard brings over 25 years’ experience in writing, editing, production, and consulting on over 500 competitive tenders, proposals and funding documents. His commissions are primarily in the UK construction and support services sector on bids for education, defence, custodial, health, grants and funding applications. Richard’s editorial career started with The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), where he was a production editor.

Marjorie is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in proposal writing, process management, tender compliance and proposal development. Her expertise has been acknowledged at the Practitioner level by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), the leading association for bid, proposal, business development, capture, and graphics professionals. She has applied her bid management and editing skills to over 300 competitive tenders. Her work has benefited numerous organisations, including the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education & Skills, Department of Health, and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

Bill Cooper is a procurement and contract management specialist with extensive experience in public sector procurement, supplier negotiations, and commercial strategy. He has over 30 years of expertise in managing complex IT contracts and procurement frameworks for the Home Office, Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport.

Bill has a deep understanding of CCS Frameworks, the Model Services Contract, and commercial lifecycle management. He has successfully led multi-million-pound procurements, ensuring cost efficiencies and compliance.

Kate is an accomplished bid manager, writer and editor. She has excelled at bid writing and editing on infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy, and sustainability projects. Her role as a successful bid manager not only involves overseeing the entire bidding process but also leveraging her exceptional writing abilities to craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate our clients’ value propositions.

Sue has been providing graphic design and publishing services for 20 years to businesses across the UK and Europe, within the public, private, and charitable sector clients. She brings experience of working with teams producing competitive tenders, and has a clear understanding of working to tight deadlines, and the flexibility required to work at short notice.
